AI-Powered FNOL Claims Assistant

The problem. First Notice of Loss intake is slow and error-prone: claims arrive with missing details, and every gap means a human chasing information before processing can even begin.
What I built. An autonomous claims workflow that extracts claim data from incoming reports, detects missing fields on arrival, and routes each claim to the right next step without manual triage.
The outcome. Claims flow from intake to processing untouched, and incomplete submissions are caught at the door instead of stalling mid-process.
The problem. The team planned work in Google Sheets but executed it in ClickUp — every update meant copying tasks across by hand, with the two tools constantly drifting apart.
What I built. A Google Apps Script integration that turns spreadsheet updates into ClickUp actions and tasks automatically, keeping the sheet as the single source of truth.
The outcome. Tasks appear in ClickUp the moment the sheet changes — no copy-paste, no drift, no forgotten work items.
The problem. Consistent Instagram publishing is a grind — preparing, scheduling, and posting content by hand eats creative time and falls apart the moment life gets busy.
What I built. A Flask-based publishing setup paired with n8n workflows that automates the entire content distribution pipeline, from preparation to posting.
The outcome. A hands-off publishing pipeline that keeps the account active on schedule, whether or not anyone is at the keyboard.
